The University of Minnesota partners with Coursera to offer professional and personally enriching noncredit online courses taught by some of the University's most recognized faculty. With subjects as varied as cybersecurity and integrative nursing, U of M Coursera courses are available in a variety of areas. Schedules are flexible and learning is at your own pace, allowing you to take an individual course or choose a specialization (set of courses) to complete over time.
Courses, including those that are part of a specialization, may be taken individually. After the successful completion of a course or specialization, you will receive a certificate from Coursera that demonstrates your mastery of the material.
Tuition varies and financial aid is available.
Current University of Minnesota students, faculty, and staff receive free access to Coursera for Minnesota specializations and courses.
University of Minnesota Alumni who are Association Life Members receive free access to Coursera for Minnesota specializations and courses.
