    This program prepares you for an initial teaching license in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE). Establish the skills necessary to support the development of young children, birth through age six, with a wide range of delays/disabilities (motor delays, speech or language impairments, autism spectrum disorders, emotional or behavioral disorders, low birth weight, chromosomal abnormalities, etc.).

    The academic and behavioral strategist (ABS) licensure program prepares you to meet the needs of young people — kindergarten through age 21. The program prepares you to be recommended for an ABS license, which qualifies you to work with students in K–12 school systems with a broad array of mild to moderate disabilities.
