This specialization introduces the key principles and practices of information systems management, issues related to change management, and strategies and approaches to ensure successful implementations. You’ll learn how to use conceptual frameworks to align IT investments with business strategy, specify business requirements as information system specifications, assess the fit between business requirements and enterprise systems features, and evaluate technological alternatives for developing an IT infrastructure. Course projects provide the opportunity to apply learning outcomes to a real business situation.
