Michael Chen is a Learner Representative with the University of Minnesota's College of Continuing Education (CCE). He works with prospective students and helps provide guidance on programs within CCE and throughout the University. He graduated in 2014 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management and has a minor in English.
Charles Russell has over seven years of advising and recruiting experience and currently advises students entering the University of Minnesota with an emphasis on College of Continuing Education Applied and Professional Studies programs. He holds a B.E.S in Geography with an emphasis in Retail Location Theory.
Alaina Schulz earned a bachelor’s of science degree through the Inter-College Program at the University of Minnesota. She currently works with the University’s College of Continuing Education as a Learner Representative, helping prospective students reach their educational goals.
University of Minnesota Online is organized through the Office of the Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost at the University of Minnesota. Online degree programs and certificates are managed by University of Minnesota collegiate units.
Bob Rubinyi is Senior Analyst for Online Learning, Center for Educational Innovation. He oversees the U of M Online initiative, the University’s Coursera MOOC partnership, and related online curricular initiatives. Bob has worked for over 25 years in the use of technology to enhance teaching and learning. He received his B.A. from the University of California, San Diego, and M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.
Stephanie Platteter provides operational leadership for the University of Minnesota Online website and call center. Since 2001 she has also been the Executive Director of Marketing and Enrollment Management for the College of Continuing Education (CCE) leading a team of professional marketers and service representatives to identify and engage learners in CCE program opportunities. She holds a B.S. in business and an M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management here at the University of Minnesota.
