This specialization focuses on the history and development of nursing informatics leadership and the current and future challenges in the field. Nurses and interprofessional health care clinicians and educators will learn the principles and applications of nursing informatics leadership in diverse settings in order to develop skills, optimize outcomes, and work with teams to understand stakeholder perspectives and identify opportunities to collaborate and achieve mutual goals.

All U of M Coursera courses, including those that are part of this specialization, may be taken individually.
