The Change Management Certificate is an online, multi-week, noncredit program designed to transform mid-career professionals from task managers into strategic change leaders. The program equips learners with actionable strategies to navigate organizational transformation, mitigate employee resistance, and build long-term resilience. Moving beyond a single-framework approach, the curriculum integrates widely recognized models—including ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, and Lewin’s 3-Step model—alongside impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and KPI-based adoption plans. Additionally, it uniquely incorporates AI tools to help leaders build data-driven change strategies and guide teams through digital transformations.
