This noncredit certificate program delves into the Agile philosophy and its supporting methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, eXtreme Programming, and Kanban. During the program you will learn about the role of leadership in Agile as well as the role of the "Agile Coach."

In addition, you will explore how requirements and quality assurance are approached in Agile frameworks, and become familiar with advanced methods for teams, team dynamics, and the metrics used to help teams understand where they are in their Agile journey.
